This hip-roofed structure can be used as a mill for corn or oilseed. Turning water wheel, wooden footbridge over the millrace, simple halftimbering, shed and outhouse in the rear and dungheap for the miller’s animals. The wooden waterwheel is stored for the impulse with the water pump, see article No. 60150 made by company NOCH, swivelling. This charming model can be combined with the Forester’s house No. 12 225 and the Wooden house Erika No. 12 259 to make a stunning woodland idyll.
