Akkermann Transporte GmbH - forwarding company with headquarters in East Frisia. The company was established in 1936 by Klaas Akkermann with headquarters in Moormerland - Warsingsfehn. Cattle transports were their main business at the time. After the founder passed away, his sons Gerd and Reinhard Akkermann took over the company, rebranding it to Akkermann Transporte GmbH in 1986.
