Air Bridge Cargo Boeing 747-8F

In 2004, Volga-Dnepr Airlines established an internationally operating cargo airline named AirBridge Cargo. In January 2012, AirBridge Cargo was one of the first airlines to receive the new Boeing 747-8F. The AirBridge Cargo fleet is maintained by Volga Dnepr Technics GmbH in Germany – in specially built hangars at the Frankfurt airport and the hub Leipzig/Halle. A partial edition of this exclusive model is now also available from the Herpa brands shop. By request of the airline, this 747-8 was produced without landing gear. This exclusive model comes in a flat box in customized Air Bridge Cargo design; therefore, the wings need to be assembled (no glue or tools required).
